I'm sure that this has been addressed before but I can't use the search facility.

I have a table of 3 columns, column 1: x axis, column 3: y axis.

Each month the numbers of rows will be different how do I write a short macro that will look at column 1 and 3 and select the rows only with numbers in it?

Many thanks

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
If the cells with numbers will be contiguous, check the Dynamic Charts page of my web site.

If the cells are non-contiguous, consider using the techniques illustrated in Chip Pearson's site (www.cpearson.com) to compact the data set. Then, refer to the above paragraph.
