On a line chart, how I do put a green ball next to each data point ? Thanks

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Do you mean as a data marker, or actually next to the data points?

You just need to format the series then and specify the marker as a green circle.
