Hi all,
There are a lot of spreadsheets we use at work that live on a shared network. Every time I create a plot in one of them, I set the legend font size to 10. After other people have opened it to do their part (on a completely separate tab, mind you), the font size starts decreasing. If I let it go for a day or two, my fonts usually end up at 9.2 or 7.4 or something like that, but if I don't fix it for weeks, they're down at like 1.2, which is completely unreadable. I would love to know:
a) Why is this happening? For the most part, the other people using the sheets don't even look at the tabs containing plots. Could it be a screen resolution thing?
b) Much more importantly, is there a way to make it stop?
As far as technical details, I'm creating these in Excel 2010, but they're being used by 2003, 2007, 2010, and 2013 versions (saved in .xls format for the '03 guys). I suppose that could also be a potential issue. Any advice would be mighty appreciated!
