I have a workbook in which an entry will pass from a Live Sheet to Complete once the case has been completed.

In addition to this i have a data page which creates charts according to how many cases we've had in per type, per surveyor etc.

The Data page refers to the live page eg. =Live!B2 etc etc, however when i cut or copy that data to move it to the Completed Page, =Live!B2 becomes =Completed!B7 or wherever it has been pasted to.

How can i get around this? I need the cell in data to always refer to the same cell regardless of whether it is cut or copied.

Any ideas?
