Hi all!

Can't work out what is happening here. I have a report based on a query. Have put a chart in the report that graphs attendance. StudentID fields are linked throughout the database.

If I go through the records on the screen, sometimes it gets 'stuck' and keeps the same attendance record for the prior name, even though the other details have changed.

Also, sometimes even though the record LOOKS correct on the screen, the record will print with the chart data for the prior name. This all happens rather randomlym and doesn't seem to matter whether I print the entire range of reports or just one record.

Can't work out what I've done wrong. Using XP Pro, upgraded from Windows 98, Acess 2000.

Thanks for any advice, bit of a worry not trusting the output!

Cheers,s
Lauren
