Chart in excel to Word

Hey I need help. I got a word document with a excell chart on it, but I want to know:
1.- How to export a file from excel to word, I mean with 2, 3 o more tags, the file has a chart
2.- How to edit the chart table already instered in word, I mean can i go back to excel and edit the chart table?
3.- This file I got, was showing positive and negative data, and the chart was showing....let say...flowting bars, up from cero and down from cero line, how can I do this?, it was very good presentation, Can you help me to do somenthing similar?

Hi sermex,

In Excel, copy the chart. Then, in Word, use Edit|Paste Special and click the 'paste link' option, plus the paste format you want, then OK. Now, if you change the chart data in Excel, the changes will appear in Word.

ok, I did it and it works, but I can only include the chart and no the total book, i mean the other 3 tags!, how can i do this? and how can edit it when I got the word file with the excell chart on it?

Hi sermex,

Do the same for each sheet! Do note, though, that if you paste as an Excel object, what you paste cannot span more than one page.

For any of these, you can't do the editing in Word - you do your editing at the source and Word picks up those changes (that's the whole point of linking).
