Chart Excel Embedded in Powerpoint (size problem)_

I've created a graph (in new worksheet)and inserted file as embedded object in PowerPoint. Works fine, except that I work on a higher resolution (1280x1024)as my collegues who are using laptops (800x600).My coll. can edit the charts properly, but as they close the excel file and return to powerPoint their charts are smaller, cropped etc. Does anybody know what to do so my collegues are able to work on the charts too?
