I am trying to figure out how to build a schedule chart with the dates on the vertical axis and times on the horizontal axis, and then use error bars for horizontal duration...

The dates ae irregular and the on t horizontal axis is from 6 AM to 6 PM.

I have worked with some charts I found on internet.

The cha has a primary ad secondary axis and I have all the axis showing so I can try to figure it to...

Sample data:

DATE TIME EVENT V ERTICAL POSITION
13 Oct 0700 Test1 30
13 Oct 0800 Test2 40
14 Oct 0900 Test2 30
15 Oct 1000 Test1 35
15 Oct 1100 Test2 45
15 Oct 1200 Test1 55

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
