I set up a workbook with all kinds of lovely formulas (they really are) and a chart to pull all the data together. To make it as flexible as possible for the end user, I used named ranges so that salespeople can be added or removed and the chart would automatically update. I've used named ranges in this fashion before and have never had a problem. This workbook, however, decided to be the exception.

When salespeople are deleted, the chart data updates, but leaves blanks where the salesperson was removed. When people are added the new people don't appear. If I go into the Chart data and re-enter the info (in this case Dash!ChartData), it updates. Calculation is set to automatic and I include the sheet name in the Chart data range.

Any ideas what could be causing the problem?
