Hello,

I´m working on some data organized by a Pivot Table. Is it possible to link the changes I make on the PT to the original data? I do not want to change or refresh the source data, but the reverse, I need to change the original data using the Pivot table. Is it possible? How can I do that?

Thanks a lot.

The problem is that I need to change all the repeated items in the original data that appear as only one item in the Pivot table. Is there a macro or anything that could do it?

Please, help me!

try using find and replace (all) on the source data, then refresh the table

Well, the problem is that there are thousands of names, grouped in 15s, and I´ve classified them besides the pivot table. With the replace tool I´ll have to change manually either way. With one formula I can easily change all the data I need on the Pivot table, but it would leave behind the repeated items. Hope I made myself clear...

Thank you!
