Changing Percentile Rank Ranges

Hello,

So I have a large list of data that is sorted by month and there are about 200 rows of data for each month. To clarify, Column A is a list of the dates and so because there are 200 lines of data for each month, there will be 200 entries of the same date directly to the left of the data. It is like this for every month in the data set. The actual data is in the column to the right.

Next, I did a percentile rank for each month. So, I performed a percentile rank for all of the data for each month, and when the month changes in the data set, the percentile rank range changes, only taking into account the data from that month. I repeated this many times by manually finding and inputting the range in the equation and dragging down to the end of each month.

However, I am working with hundreds of thousands of lines of data, so this is a hassle. My question is, is there a way to have the ranges link to the dates, and when I drag the percentile rank formula down, it will know when the date changes in Column A and will change the percentile rank array to reflect the new range of data for that month?

I know this is a lot to take in, but any input would be helpful. Thank you!!
