I am sure this is a simple ask, but for the life of me I cannot figure it out. I tried using the TEXT function. I have a column that has 3000, 19000, 212035 and I just want them to have a decimal added so they become 30.00, 190.00, 2120.35 and etc. How can I achieve this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
If the values are entered as NUMBERS and not TEXT, you can simply change the format of the cells to show two decimals.
Just select the column, right-click, select "Format Cells", and choose "Number" with 2 Decimals Places, i.e.

If this makes no difference, that means your entries are TEXT and not NUMERIC.
Simply select the column, go to the Data menu and select "Text to Columns", and click Finish.
Then do the formatting steps above.

I tried that and it changes it to 3000.00 and not 30.00. Good suggestion.

Ah, I missed that you had an implied decimal point.
You just need to divide all your values by 100. This is easy to do.

Steps:
1. Type 100 in any blank cell
2. Highlight that cell and click "Copy"
3. Select all the cells that you want to divide by 100
4. Right-click and select "Paste Special"
5. Click on the "Divide" check box
6. Click OK
