Changing A cell based on a condition in another

i need some help.

i need to know a cell to automatically select percentage based on the dropped value selected in another cel via data validation list.

for example.

if in G6 the user selects one of the conditions for the 6 choices, in the cell H6 It will show 75%.

the table below will show percentage for each action.

Initial	25​
Valuation	25​
Proposal	50​
Finance	75​
Legals & DD	75​
Complete	100​
No Deal	100​

The explanation is a little confusing.
Are you showing us the search reference table?
You have 7 lines and not 6 as you mentioned. that's right?

Suppose: This table is at M2:N8

G6 --> Your choice ex.: Finance

H6 --> Formula

=VLOOKUP(G6; M2:N8; 2; FALSE)

H6 --> 75

Is this what you want?

sorry for not been clear.

however, you solutions has sorted what i needed. jsut a further question, how do i extend the formula so that the vlookup doesnt return N/A if the cells in colum g are blank

=IFERROR( VLOOKUP(G6; M2:N8; 2; FALSE) ;"")
