Hi,

Been on stuck on this for a couple of days, and cannot figure this out. I have a Database in Microsoft Access and my excel file is connected to one of the queries to pull the data into excel.
The query within Access is called Fcst_scenarios, and I want to convert all revenue values as a positive. Example of the data below.

Cost_Type1 Net Portfolio
Revenue -1000 Project Y
Labour 5000 Project X
External Costs 259 Project Y
Revenue -450 Project Y
Labour 500 Overhead

I still need to keep the current formula that excludes any Portfolio as Overhead.

Thanks in advance.

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Update your Access query to use the absolute value function (ABS) on that field to convert all negatives to positives.
