I know how to create MultiPage UserForms if I'm starting from scratch, but I have an existing UserForm that following new User requirements, really should be a MultiPage UserForm and I cannot see an easy way to make the existing form Page 1 and create Page 2 from scratch ...
I don't fully understand your problem. There is no difference between a one page form or a multi page form. It is just a lay-out issue.
The code for each of the controls stays exactly the same. It is only the user who sees a different layout.
So if you have a working single page userform, then I suggest you (temporarily) make the userform larger. Then add the multipage object onto the form. Now move the controls to the pages where you want them. Then move or expand the multipage and run the form to check the user logic is OK
