I have some text in C5. I want that to change between "HEADLINE A" and "Headline B" depending which cell a user has selected. If a user is in any cell from C7:M59, I want "HEADING A" If a user is in C63:M115 I want it to be "Heading B" (etc)

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"

Right click your sheetname, click view code and paste

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
If Not Intersect(Target, Range("C7:M59")) Is Nothing Then
    Range("C5") = "HEADLINE A"
End If
If Not Intersect(Target, Range("C63:M115")) Is Nothing Then
    Range("C5") = "HEADLINE B"
End If
End Sub
