Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
Try this:
This is an auto sheet event script
Your Workbook must be Macro enabled
To install this code:
Right-click on the sheet tab
Select View Code from the pop-up context menu
Paste the code in the VBA edit window

When you enter any value in column 2 to 7 the script will run

VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    'Modified 6/17/2022 11:26:45 PM EDT
    Select Case Target.Column
        Case 2: Target.Offset(, 6).Value = "Sign Up Project"
        Case 3: Target.Offset(, 5).Value = "Contact Pick"""
        Case 4: Target.Offset(, 4).Value = "Submit The Report"
        Case 5: Target.Offset(, 3).Value = "Made Report"
        Case 6: Target.Offset(, 2).Value = "Presenting Report"
        Case 7: Target.Offset(, 1).Value = "Project Finished"
End Select

End Sub
