Change Status of a cell depends of Values of Other cells

I want to change value of one cell (Cell D) depends on the value of others (A to C).

Example:

If any cell in A to C is "NO" then D should "Open". If all cells in A to C is "YES", then D should change to "Closed". Please anyone can help?
