I have a large spreadsheet that contains our sales managers initials for all dealer accounts. We have about six sales managers so there are six different sets of initials. Is there a command I can do to change all of the initials to their full name (first, last)? Example change JS to John Smith.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
You could build a table with two columns with the initials in the first column and the name in the second

You could then do a Vlookup in a new column to find the name associated with the initials.

After I do that, could I completely delete the column with the initials without it messing anything up?
