Hi All,

I've come back with yet another problem. I know I can get the accurate answers here.

I have resume file in PDF format placed on a shared drive on a network and it is assigned letter Z (Z:\). I access my path as Z:\WFM\Resumes. I have close to 60K resumes there. I have a link to each resume file in my excel workbook. Problem is I have to move all the termed employees to a sub folder called TERMED (Z:\WFM\Resumes\TERMED) manually. I am trying to create a macro which will move the files to the termed folder when I select "T" in cell next to cell with file name with path. Can this be helped? My Excel has improved from what ever I learnt here but I am still in learning process. :)

Thank you All in advance.
