change of e-mail address

hi all
i have changed my e-mail address to *edited* as my old one stopped working my problem is that i cannot change it in my profile it seems to change but when i go back to my profile i find it displays my old e-mail . any ideas please

When you change your email address in your profile, you also need to enter your password in the profile as well. You don't have to change it, just enter it in the "current password" blank.

First - I've edited your question - you really do NOT want to be flashing your email out there.

Second - did you save your changes when you edited your profile?

Trace, is there any way to change the wording in the profile screen? Or would Juan have to take care of that? It's just that for the password blanks, it says you only need to enter it if you're changing it, which isn't true. It's needed for an email change, as well.

I don't know *anything* about that... sorry. and JP doesn't seeem to be around today. but give him a shout - if it can be done, he may know.
