Change multiple cell names at once?

I have named multiple cells different names, but they all include the same format. for example:

hello_2_hi
hello_4_meet
hello_2_me

is it possible to replace "hello" to something different all at the same time?

NOTE: I'm talking about the cell name, not cell content.

You can do it via VBA quickly enough that it looks all at once -- but not from the UI.
