Change default Publish from .mht to .htm

When I publish a range to a web page, I'd like the "Save As Type" to be .htm or .html as the default. Is there a way to do this? I'm using Win 7 and Excel 2007.
I am constantly having to change from the default .mht box to the .htm box, and wanted to know if there is a way to have .htm as the default...
