change data types from sql server

I'm new to get and transform, etc.

I have about 12 tables on a SQL Server database that I wan to connect to. Al 12 tables connected to one excel workbook.
However, I need to change the data type on the connection. Is there a way to do this across multiple tables?

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
