Change Cell Color on Enter

I need some help building a macro that will change a cell color when the user hits "Enter" from inside that cell.

The cell typically contains a formula that calculates growth by a value entered in an adjacent cell. However, I want to allow the user to over-ride the formula with a value of their own choice. I would like to know when this has been done so I was thinking a macro that would change the color of the cell when the user hits " Enter " would be perfect. The cell is normally highlighted yellow. I would like for it to change to red when the user hits enter.

Can anyone here help me with this.

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
You could use conditional formatting for that with something like
=AND(J1<>"",NOT(ISFORMULA(J1)))
