Change CBA Code From E-mail Active Worksheet to Active Workbook

How do I alter this code so the macro e-mails the entire workbook to my desired recipients instead of just e-mailing only the active worksheet?

One more question. I have two e-mails and this code always defaults to send e-mails from one of my e-mails. How do I change it to send from my second address?
