Change a cell based on the active "What-if" scenario name - preferably via formula

I would like to change a cell based on the name of the active scenario in the "What-if" scenario manager. I would prefer to do this via a formula within the cell rather than VBA/macro coding. For example, to create a row label, or to make the value of the cell TRUE or FALSE based on the name of the scenario. I cannot seem to find any reference to that property, nor does an internet search seem to produce a result suggesting anyone has tried it. Since the "Summary" function in the Scenario Manager (which is bugged), seems to try to do this, I suspect it might be possible; however, in my version it just produces a cell reference like $C$15 for any but the first "Change" cell.

Any help appreciated.
