I suspect this may not be possible but if anyone can solve it it's definitely going to be you guys :-)

Spreadsheet 1
  • This contains a raw extract of data containing around 1200 lines of survey feedback from 1200 users.
  • Each line of data contains the individual feedback across a number of different services e.g. Mobile (col C), Print (col D), Desktop (col E) and so on...
  • This spreadsheet also contains geographical location of survey responder (col BZ)

Spreadsheet 2
  • This contains a manipulated version of spreadsheet 1 with new columns added for feedback themes and remediation plan etc..
  • All but negative feedback was removed
  • The structure in this sheet is different - if a responder posted negative feedback against Desktop & Mobile then that would appear as 2 separate lines in spreadsheet 2

Problem Statement
I want to be able to extract the geographical location from spreadsheet 1 and add to spreadsheet 2

  • The only unique field in each spreadsheet will be a cell that contains free text such as "Telephone equipment is old and can be temperamental they were due to be replaced but has not happened yet"
  • The unique cell could be in any number of columns

Hope this makes sense and I suspect the answer may be no but I'm hopeful.

Thanks
