Hello Everyone,

Really need an assist on this. I am building a workflow management tool tracking availability and workload of several workers across many projects. I need to build a table, without vba if at all possible, that automatically populates comparing to separate copies of a report and isolating various criteria (new projects, unutilized time, etc). Please help!

Among many information fields, each project has a Unique ID number, a title, and a start/due date. For example, a single project could be spread across 3 different lines covering Project X, parts-A/B/C with all different associated dates. I cannot change the source report.

thanks!
Don
