Cells U2:U500 contains numerical values along with Conditional Formatting done in all these cells.
However, I want these CF to function ONLY if CS2=0.
Ex:
CS2=0 & U6=270.25. The CF should work in U6 (since CS2=0)
CS2=1 & U6=270.25. The CF should NOT work in U6 (since CS2=1)

How to accomplish?

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Select U6

Conditional Formatting
New Rule
Use a formula to determine...

=(AND(CS2=0,U6=270.25)
