Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
In D2:
Excel Formula:
=IF(C2="20 ft",500000,IF(C2="40 ft",1000000,""))
and copy down.

Note if your regional setting use semi-colons instead of colons to separate function arguments, it will look like:
Excel Formula:
=IF(C2="20 ft";500000;IF(C2="40 ft";1000000;""))

How about
Excel Formula:
=SWITCH(C2,"20 ft",500000,"40 ft",1000000,"")
I forgot about the new SWITCH function, which makes things a little simpler.
And since it appears they are using 365, it should be available to them.

I don't always think about, but it can make things simpler, although probably no real benefit if it's only 2 values.
