Cell return from multiple text

Hello
Please forgive me if I sound thick here, not much excel learning but I’m getting there
Help would be appreciated

I’m trying to have cell return certain text if another cell contains certain text
But also want different return from other text
IE if a cell has “hammer” the other cell would return “club” but if the cell has “spanner” it would return “wrench” and I would also like to have multiple ref words returning different returns
