Cell remain text after adding hyperlink

Hi,

I try to add hyperlinks in my table which contain a lot of data (including hyperlinks too), but from the row 58812 it does not make hyperlinks. I mean, I add hyperlink, and it remains text. I tried to change cell properties, delete cells, etc. Any idea?
