Cell linking to An entirely new Sheet

Hi,
I want to know if it is possible ( and if so, how would I do so) To Have a cell in my sheet to when clicked on open another excel sheet.

So:
Press cell A2-> Open Excel Sheet ( Either by download) Unknown

If more clarity is needed on the wanted function , feel free to ask!

You could do it by double click. Put his in the sheet module:

Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeDoubleClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean)

If Target.Address(0, 0) = "A2" Then
    Sheets.Add 'create new sheet
End If

You do this by adding a hyperlink, right click on the cell and choose hyperlink from the menu and browse to find the Excel workbook that you want to open, or the place inthe current workbook that you want to go to.

So if I wanted to place the link to/have it contain the existing excel sheet in cell "H30" and place a sheet called " TAL Upload" How would this code look
