Cell Keeps Changing Formula to Value

I have several columns that contain formulas in the cells-

One Column (right in between several others) will not take the a formula. It insists on displaying only the value of the formula.

Might be the weirdest thing I have ever seen in excel.

All other columns (Left Side & Right) side behave normally and copy the actual formula into the cells.

Ive messed with the recalc - messed with F9 and anything else I could find on the web - Help Please
