Hello

How to place a large data block at a chosen cell

I know I can copy the range and paste it at the chosen location, but I would like to simply use

Code:
block = Range("BB1:CC50")
Range("A1").value=block

currently all I get is the first cell into A1. I would like the entire block to appear beginning at A1

Thanks

Tom

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
How about
Code:
Sub Thomas0ES()
   Dim Ary As Variant
   Ary = Range("BB1:CC50").Value2
   Range("A1").Resize(UBound(Ary), UBound(Ary, 2)).Value2 = Ary
End Sub
or simply
Code:
   Range("BB1:CC50").Copy Range("A1")
