Cell Gap Issue ( Expiry Date )

i have problem, when we export file into excel format from software, expiry date did not completely copy in excel format after page break . Data is too lengthy so how i can copy quickly same expiry copy in column B. now i am filling manually this Gap.

Manually...

1. Select Column B.
2. Ctrl + G. Click Special, check Blanks, Click OK.
3., Press the = button and then the Up arrow.
4. Press Ctrl + Enter, Excel will copy the respective formula to all blank cells
5. With the range selected do a copy paste values
6. Change the formatting if needed
