Can a cells formula be that it multiplies a1 X b1 and inputs the closet total to 100 (but under 100)?

Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

Not sure what you mean by "closet total to 100 (but under 100)".
Can you provide a few examples to show us exactly what you mean?
