I have a column of data with values such as 4200 with a custom format of 00\:00\:00 but prints out as ########.

and should print out as 00:42:00.

It displays in the cell as 00:42:00 correctly.

What can I do to change how it prints out?

Thanks

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Have you tried making the column wider?

You're welcome. I really don't know why preview looked ok but the actual printout wasn't. There are some weird things in Excel, though that issue doesn't come often. Unless your preview printer was different than the actual printer you printed out of?
