What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
You'll need to create 10 conditions on formating, each value should have a condition

When I create the first two,
AAA and AA, it formats to the same colour
You need to check that option "Stop if true".
At least, it fixed the problem in my file.
