Cell Change Time Stamp

I don't know if this is possible, but I thought I would give it a shot anyway.

Is there a formula, or series of formulas that can show the last time a given cell was changed? Or at least, out of the choice of 2 cells, is there a formula that can show which one was updated most recently? (Must be an auto-calculated, non manual event)

Helper cells are fine, but I cannot have a Macro-enabled workbook or use an Add-in or anything for this. If that was the case I would have already been done with this little project.

Thanks in advance!!

Nope. You need VBA to auto capture when a cell is changed.
Formulas cannot automatically turn themselves into hard-coded values or automatically adjust themselves.
