Hello All,

I'm new to this forum and this forum has already helped me a lot in understanding many aspects related to Excel\VBA. Keep it up all..!! :)

I've come up with a concept and I'm seeking assistance. I need to categorize new emails arrive in outlook inbox based on a list of email IDs in mention in Excel. Any one of the below conditions can be met:

1) If I keep the excel open the whole day, it should track each incoming email real time (interval of 10 mins) and categorize it as per the email IDs mentioned in excel.

OR

2) It should categorize emails every time I run the macro.

Categories can be, email received from "A" =1, "B"=2 etc.

Thank you for your great help in advance. Cheers! :)
