catch mouse click outside excel

hi

i'm wanted to stop a macro if a right click is done anywhere on the screen, regardless if it is on excel, other application or in the wallpaper

is there a way to capture the mouse click

another way that I could make it work (as a resource) was to identify if a specific application is activated on the screen

i could have it open on second plane and select it when intended

is there a way to do it, something like
Application.Hwnd
but for other applications that not excel
