Hi Everyone

I am pretty good at excel until it comes to layout.. I’m a Treasurer with a local soccer club and we have a snack shack that I am responsible for.

I need to create a sheet where I can enter the total number of notes for each denomination but here is the tricky part I need to do it for 10 weeks and 4 days a week, I also need to figure out how much to deposit after the floats is removed.

Really hope someone can help me, thanks.

Ed

I suspect you not in the States ? Perhaps UK ?

What denominations are you speaking of ?

Define : Notes / Floats

Your description suggests keeping track of the dollar amounts of each individual currency denomination the cash register opens the business day with ?
Then a means of tracking how much has accumulated by the close of business day ? This allows you to determine your costs and profits ?

Or are you speaking of something completely different ?

Yes I am in the states so the usual denominations and coin currency...I need the sheet to count the number of notes $100 - $1 I have in a pouch then sort out out what I actually made in profit ( means subtracting the openeing float) but I don’t know how to do it for 10 weeks of a season and 4 times s week (Monday , Wed, Fri, Sat) ultimately I want to know my deposit is for the bank and returning the float to its origina

Thanks

I believe you will find the need to use one sheet per day of operation.
