Case Study Order Lead-Time Report Table for Chapter 5 Pivot

I downloaded the Chapter 5 file from your site but I do not see a table with order date and ship date so I cannot recreate the Case Study. pls advise

Hi Brian,

Thanks for your note. I just updated the chapter 5 download file to include this field. If you don't want to download another 5MB, you can easily add the field:

1) Insert a new column E.

2) Heading in E1 is Order Date. Change heading in D1 to Ship Date.

3) The formula in E2 is =D2-INT(RAND()*90)-IF(INT(RAND()*30)>28,90,0)

4) Copy this formula from E2 down to all rows. (The fast way is to select E2, then double-click the fill handle - the square dot in the lower right corner of the cell.
