How can I carry over information from a new record form to the next record? For instance, I am entering a series of data for a specific date, how can I populate the next record with the previous date entered?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Hi Terry,

Are you entering the data via a form, in a datasheet or directly into the table? If you are entering the data through a form then I gave an example of how to do it in this thread.

Hope this helps. Andrew :)
