Carry Over Hours

I used formula =COUNTBLANK('S:\Station\Admin\CLERK files\[2024 UDrive test.xlsx]2024 - AVN Civilians'!$I$8:$T$8) to carry over amount of Holidays an employee has to use in 2025 from 2024. It was successful, but I would like it to show hours rather than days, i.e., I would like 2.00 to show as 16.00, 4.00 to show as 32.00, etc.

How about
Excel Formula:
=COUNTBLANK('S:\Station\Admin\CLERK files\[2024 UDrive test.xlsx]2024 - AVN Civilians'!$I$8:$T$8)*8

When I cut and paste your formula above, it opens Update Values: 2024UDrive Test.xlsx window. I choose the excel 2024 test sheet and it will show #VALUE! in the cell

I just copied your formula & multiplied it by 8, so does your formula work?

I just tried it again and it did work, changing the 1.00 to 8.00 except it will keep the same formula for each row (new employee) and I manually change the row number

You can use
Excel Formula:
=COUNTBLANK('S:\Station\Admin\CLERK files\[2024 UDrive test.xlsx]2024 - AVN Civilians'!$I8:$T8)*8
which will change the row number when dragging down.

BEAUTIFUL! That worked, except the 2024 list would have an employee that transferred, and therefore, not added to the 2025 list - which is fine! I will just manually change the row numbers on 2025 list found on 2024 list.

Thanks again!
