Hi,

I was thinking if it is possible to capture screen shots of all events which we do in a word document using macro.

Like if i click on few sites and i want that whatever sites or pages i click it should be captured in word document.
IF this is possible then how should i move ahead to achieve this functionality.

Thanks,

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Thanks for replying. But i don't want to download any software. I was just looking for some kind of code (eg. batch process) so that on just one click i will be capturing all screen shots in word document. I just wanted a basic idea like how i can go ahead to get this implemented.

Regards,

You can capture any screen via Ctrl-PrtSc, or just the Active Window via Alt-PtrSc. No code required, besides which, any automated process is liable to record a lot of irrelevant material (unless, of course, you want a video).

You can opt for windows print screen command in this case to save as many screen shots as you want. All you need to do is to press alt+PrtSc(print screen button).Your captured screen shot will be on clipboard. Now you can paste it anywhere you wish to.

In Microsoft word 2010 To take a screenshot select the Insert tab on the ribbon, and in the Illustrations section click on Screenshot.
