I'm in need of help with a method to capture dynamic data and then associate it with a date in a separate table so I can build a trend chart.

Some explanation... by dynamic data I mean, I have an inventory report generated daily. I import this report into Excel which then evaluates the data and tells me if SKUs are high, low, or good at that moment. I then copy and paste the resulting counts for high, low, and good categories into a separate table for graphing. Here's where I need help. I'd like to stop the copy & paste of counts and instead "automate" this. The dilemma is I completely replace the raw data every time I import the inventory report. I need to record the counts associated with the date I ran the report.

I've considered keeping the data each time I import the inventory report, but the file would get massive very quickly.

Any Help would be appreciated. Thank you!
