In a multiple word header, is it formal to capitalize the first letter of each word, or should it be the first word only? I need my project to look professional. Can anyone recomend a resource on stuff like this, 'the elements of spreadsheet style' kind of thing? Thanks in advance!:)

You generally capitalize the first and last words, and all words other than articles (a, the), conjunctions (and, but, or) and prepositions (at, from).
