Capitalization in headers (Formal style/usage question)

In a multiple word header, is it formal to capitalize the first letter of each word, or should it be the first word only? I need my project to look professional. Can anyone recomend a resource on stuff like this, 'the elements of spreadsheet style' kind of thing? Thanks in advance!

You generally capitalize the first and last words, and all words other than articles (a, the), conjunctions (and, but, or) and prepositions (at, from).

E.G.

A Global Treatise on World Economic Values from 1700-1900

Company Name - Annual Shareholders Report and Financial Forecast
